We designed the 2.0 version of this drone flute to make “expansion packs” a little easier. This drone flute is actually the same in size, design, and shape - just with a change in the bottom piece configuration. V2 offers the same exact sound and playing experience as the original version, just with an updated physical design that supports easier modular expansion.

Beautiful

This drone flute sounds beautiful and is easy to learn to play. Playing it gives me peace and tranquility. The only thing that is a little tricky is reaching my ring finger of the lower hand to its key. With a little practice and keeping the wrist low it is not a problem. I love this instrument so much and appreciate that it was affordable.

Nice addition to my collection

Getting used to the lightweight. The sound is good mellow and easy to play. Nice to just pack a drone and off on a hike. I like it a great deal!

Impressive Sound

I really didn't think a plastic flute could sound this good. I love that it's tuned to an old world tuning (432hz) and can be taken apart into three pieces for easy travel. Again, I'm amazed that something 3D printed in plastic could sound this good.

Incredible instrument

I'm a music composer with next to zero experience playing any wood or brass instruments. So far, I've purchased two pieces from I AM SOUND, and within a few hours, I was able to utilize them in a score I'm working on. If you are interested in learning to play this kind of instrument, I AM SOUND is a great place to start. The drone flutes are super fun to play, easy to learn, affordable, and intuitive. I'm going to be getting a lot more over the coming years.

Great flute! Takes some lung power to operate but sounds amazing. My partner (5’1” lady) has a hard time getting her fingers around the bottom holes but with anything practice makes perfect!

G3 432 ocarina RAINBOW!!!

I am chained to a recliner for at least 2 months while I recover and I am DETERMINED to make sounds that don't make people run away immediately 🤣
First I got the G3 432 ocarina and I love it but I'm having a hard time finding something to learn from since I can't read music. Now I have another flute coming and I can't wait for that one to come even though I have not improved at all with the ocarina 🤣🤪
Either way, I love it and can't wait for the next one to arrive!
