IAMSOUND presents the F#4 Drone Flute in the 4th Octave.

The F#4 Drone Flute has been designed and tested by myself and my friend Ibrahim, who happens to live in Egypt!

We've put a lot of love and energy into this flute (along with some flute solos while I watch them print in my basement) and are excited to release it to you!

  • Very portable & easy assembly! (arrives in numbered pieces / see instructions below)

ASSEMBLY:

This drone flute arrives in numbered pieces. Please assemble with care and follow the numbering sequence. We recommend connecting the pieces part-way by hand, and then finding a hard floor surface (either with a rug or carpet) to tap the rest of the pieces in place until they lock. We designed it this way to ensure the airways remain tightly sealed.

Pretty cool flute

I love it. It would be better if you guys included some sort of instructions, tips for getting started, scales, etc.. It’s been fun figuring it out on my own but a “to get you started” booklet or something would be really great. For example, I bought a dulcimer a few years ago and it came with a book of beginner songs to learn and tips to get you started. Otherwise, super cool instrument!

Double chamber needs a lot of breath, I found the hole spacing too big for female hands.
