Quality has slipped a bit

This is my second order from iamsound.one and I not as impressed, this time around. The holes of the flute have some pieces of material still attached and the instrument itself has some scratched and grooves that I didn't receive in my previous order. This particular order contained three flutes and each one had some manufacturing defects that were not present in my original order, summer of 2025. I would be happy to discuss this further and show more images of the other instruments.
