IAMSOUND presents the F#4 Single Barrel Flute
For the 440 Hz version, Click Here.
Our most affordable Native American Flute in the 4th octave is the F# Single and tuned to the frequency of the Earth! The Eco F#4 Drone Flute has been designed and tested by myself and my friend Ibrahim, who happens to live in Egypt!
A lot of love and energy has gone into the development of these flutes (along with some flute solos while I watch them print in my basement) and are excited to release it to you!
LIMITED INVENTORY / Check back often for restocks + new colors
- Recycled PLA
- Tuned to 432 hz
- Sliding airway block for easy moisture removal
- Rear opening for optional mic clip and/or wearable strap
- Very portable with connecting pieces
DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY:
This drone flute arrives assembled in numbered pieces. Please disassemble with care if deciding to do-so for portability (slowly wiggle around the joints as you pull). When re-assembling, please follow the numbering sequence. We recommend connecting the pieces part-way by hand, and then finding a hard floor surface (either with a rug or carpet) to tap the rest of the pieces in place until they lock (rubber malot works great as well if needed). We designed it this way to ensure the airways remain tightly sealed.

I am really enjoying the F# single. It has great tone and is fun to play.
Awesome! Glad you’re enjoying the tone and having fun with it—that’s exactly what it’s made for!
Good quality! A little thin on the female threaded end. My kids crack the lip but a little super glue fix it.
Hi there! Thank you for leaving a review on our F#4 Single Flute in 432 Hz. We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the quality of the product. We're sorry to hear that the female threaded end may have been a little thin for your liking. In case of any cracks, a small amount of super glue should fix it right up. Thank you for your feedback and happy playing!
There is no perfect flute but my review for the F# 432 is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for pretty dang close, and a + 1 for design and build consistency. You can be confident of your purchase too. 🫶🌻
I purchased 24 and these consistently sound great, but know that it is the flute that teaches us, not the other way around, so we learn to play it how it wants to be played—with kindness and patience. Yes, it teaches us new skills when we listen and listen deeply to what it is saying.
Be curious. Try a note. Listen - repeat the better choices and not so much the less better ones, but use the less better ones as a lesson. We progress this way - noticing the uncomfortable and looking at it deeply to understand it. Do not give up.
Blow softer/harder/naturally for flat/sharp/perfect pitch, ta ta tas, all the notes I know this flute can play, even a note and a half (tricky but possible )above the high octave. Half hole notes ✅ — it does wet out sometimes and you wonder and learn from that as well. We can improvise and blow harder on some of the high notes and it can clear itself while you’re playing it.
I am a NAF maker—my first wood flute I made was a 432 F# 4 so I’m knowing this key is very special to me and for those I am guiding to play the 24 flutes.
Well done friends! 🙏
I can sample any flute you’d like.
I have purchased more that I’m curious about!
Great work and thank you.
Sweet voice on these, plus they travel in short segments that I rubber band together and carry in my pocket! For a lower key like F#, that’s a big advantage. I also have an A, also in 432hz, and plan to use them when I perform in my area and want that voice.
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the portability and tone—especially compared to some wooden flutes. The F# and A in 432Hz are a powerful combo, and it’s great to know they’ll be part of your performances!
