IAMSOUND presents the D5 Pocket TRIPLE Drone Flute in our Exclusive MULTI-COLOR design, entirely spontaneous and dependent on the change of our filaments between manufacturing runs ✨ These are extremely unique one-offs, most likely never to be printed again!

MYSTERY COLORS (We are mindful of color choices and aesthetic when color-blocking. We used to call these "happy little accidents", but now they feel more like "happy little upgrades".... You'll notice most of my reels demonstrating our flutes usually show a multi-color, because I LOVE them! The price will remain the same on these because it doesn't cost us any extra)
HAVE FUN with the MYSTERY SURPRISE and remember, these are IN STOCK and ship out within a couple of days!
The D5 Pocket Triple Drone is our smallest and most affordable TRIPLE drone flute! It is tuned to 432 Hz so you can have fun with it in music circles and jam sessions. It's in the 5th Octave, which makes it smaller in size and higher in pitch (about half the size of our flutes in the 4th Octave). Often I choose a lower octave for ceremonial solo play, but if paired with other instruments such as sound bowls, drums, or other flutes, this is a wonderful addition!
Perfect for hikes or anywhere on the go! (be prepared to blow minds of not only fellow humans, but also the birds and wild-life waiting to dance with you). It's also a great flute to bring in your car or anywhere on the go!
A lot of love and energy has gone into the development of these flutes (along with some flute solos while I watch them print in my basement) and I am excited to see these in the wild!
LIMITED INVENTORY / Check back often for restocks
- Tuned to 432 Hz
- Made from 100% Recycled PLA
- Sliding airway blocks for easy moisture removal

- Very portable with connecting pieces
DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY:
This drone flute arrives assembled in numbered pieces. Please disassemble with care if deciding to do-so for portability (slowly wiggle around the joints as you pull). When re-assembling, please follow the numbering sequence. We recommend connecting the pieces part-way by hand, and then finding a hard floor surface (either with a rug or carpet) to tap the rest of the pieces in place until they lock (rubber malot works great as well if needed). We designed it this way to ensure the airways remain tightly sealed.

I LOVE playing this little instrument! I've figured out how to play the triple and people stare at me like I have 3 heads but come from everywhere to see what's playing the music. I love the interactive conversations and curious looks.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us!
It truly means a lot to hear that you're enjoying your instrument and having fun eploring the triple. We love knowing that it's sparking curiosity, conversations, and joyful moments whever you play, that's exactly the kind of connection music is meant to create.
We're so grateful for your support and for being part of our community. Keep playing and enjoying every moment!
Took your suggestion off the Live play on Instagram. Found this on Spotify. Tailor made for the D5. "Relaxing Hang Drum & Tabla Music - Happy life Remix!!" can't get enough :) lol
Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback! We're really glad to hear you're having so much fun with it!
It's awesome to know that the Spotify suggestion clicked for you and that you found a track that pairs so well with the D. That 'can't get enough' feeling is eactly what we love to hear. Music like that really brings the flute to life.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for playing along with us on instagram. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support.
So fun to play. Sometimes sounds a little out of tune when using multiple drones
Glad you’re enjoying it! When using multiple drones, slight tuning variations can happen—usually it comes down to breath pressure and finger seal. With a lighter, steady breath and a bit of practice, everything will lock in more smoothly and sound beautifully in tune.
This is my 2nd IAS Flute, and I enjoy them both. This one was a slightly higher pitch then I expected and took some getting used to compared to my F4# drone. That didn't really take away from the overall instrument though and once I got used to it it was extremely fun to play.
Thank you for sharing! We’re glad you’re enjoying both flutes. It’s totally normal for higher-pitched instruments to feel different at first, but it’s awesome to hear you’re having fun and getting comfortable with it.
This flute is portable and easy to play.... It's trippy and fun as **** because we are in ****, play your I am sound flute with AC///DC!!!!!
Love the energy! Thanks for the awesome review — we’re stoked you’re having fun with it. Appreciate you rocking an I AM SOUND flute!
