Sweet sound, fun to play.

Sweet sound, especially when you get the tuning block just so. Needs exact placement, and then it sings. Easy to hold a melody, does not need a deep breath to sound out. Love their single barrel flutes as much as the drones.

I love all of the instruments on this website and already owned a G3 drone ocarina and loved it before buying this one. Notes for this instrument: The head block may come loose with very little effort so be gentle, I am concerned that mine may come off in the future as it already wiggles around. Also, water accumulates very quickly in the whistle and completely disables the ability to play. I would not recommend this to someone without ANY experience playing a whistle instrument, but it's still easy and fun to pick up and play. I am a little disappointed in the range of this instrument, I expected to be able to play a second octave (and you can be it with much difficulty), but I suppose that's a lack of research on my end.

Regarding moisture, it's quite normal for condensation to build up in whistle-style instruments, especially during extended play. Taking short breaks and gently clearing the airway can help maintain consistent sound.

I like everything but the purple color - only color left. Sounds great though.

Very solid feeling flute and the music out of it is crisp and clear. I feel as if I can carry this anywhere without concerns about damaging it or its music. I play it every day since purchase.
