I bought this and another’ instrument from I Am Sound - he was v helpful all the way through and the instruments are great at a great price point . The only difficulty for me is the finger span: I’m an average to small woman and I struggle to hold the finger holes - I’m a bit disappointed with this as it really affects the sound. I’d suggest checking this before. You buy!

At first, I wasn’t sure about this flute—I actually thought mine might be defective. But after some trial and error, I realized the only issue was that I didn’t know how to play it yet. It’s super important to fully cover the holes, and it takes time to figure out how much breath to use—too little, and it won’t sound right. Give it a few weeks of practice, and you’ll start to love it! I have this one and the F4 drone, and they’re both amazing. I take my ocarina on hikes, play it before bed, or just pick it up whenever it feels fun. Keep playing, and over time, you’ll start to feel what sounds good!
