The A4 Single Barrel Flute has been designed and tested by myself and my friend Ibrahim, who happens to live in Egypt! Tuned to 432 Hz so you can have fun with it in music circles and jam sessions. It's in the 4th Octave (although it's still fairly small in size, being in the A scale)
The A4 single is very portable, making it perfect for hikes or anywhere on the go.
A lot of love and energy has gone into the development of these flutes (along with some flute solos while I watch them print in my basement) and I am excited to see these in the wild!

ASSEMBLY:
This drone flute arrives in numbered pieces. Please assemble with care and follow the numbering sequence. The single barrel flutes have a twist mechanism for securing the pieces in place. Push the pieces onto the threading first (angle the lower piece slightly to the left and then push again while twisting clockwise to secure in place). Once assembled, make sure the numbers line up in order on the back and enjoy!

I Am Sound creates flutes that simply sound great. They’re sturdy, nearly weather proof , available in both 432 Hz and 440 Hz tunings and made from earth-friendly recycled materials. Models range from the standard single Native American Style Flute to more adventurous double and triple drones.
