Low Register. Minimal Form. Massive Tone.

Meet the B3 Single Flute in 440 Hz.

The B3 Single is the standalone melodic voice from the B3 platform — built for players who want that powerful 3rd-octave depth without the full drone configuration. It’s big in tone, but intentionally minimal in design: clean, portable, and surprisingly responsive for a low register flute.

WHY THIS ONE’S SPECIAL:
B3 sits in a grounded, expansive register that makes simple phrases feel cinematic. It’s the kind of flute that rewards slow playing — the notes feel “wide,” present, and emotionally rich without needing complicated technique. It’s also an excellent companion flute for layering with drones, harmonium, voice, or percussion.

440 Hz FLAVOR:
In 440 Hz, the B3 Single feels clear, stable, and defined — great for jamming with other instruments, Spotify tracks, looping rigs, and band contexts where you want that standard reference pitch.

A lot of love and energy goes into the development of these flutes (along with some flute solos while I watch them print), and I’m excited to see these in the wild.

DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY:
This flute arrives assembled in numbered pieces. Please disassemble with care if deciding to do so for portability (slowly wiggle around the joints as you pull). When reassembling, follow the numbering sequence. We recommend connecting the pieces part-way by hand, then gently tapping the rest into place on a hard surface (with a rug or carpet underneath). A rubber mallet also works well if needed. We designed it this way to ensure the airways remain tightly sealed.
